The annual Black Sun tennis tournament is currently underway, bringing together people from all around the business.

Black Sun moved into the top 50 of the ‘Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ with a placing of 47th, an improvement of 11 places from last year, which was accompanied by a maximum 3 star accreditation.

The Black Sun annual employee survey has shown that employee satisfaction has improved year-on-year to 98%.
Socially we have a full calendar, run by our social committee, including the monthly Thirst Friday drinks on the first Friday of the month, Friday morning breakfasts, a tennis tournament, bake offs, seasonal photography competitions, quiz nights, pool competitions and many more events!
We believe our people’s well-being is important. We have a weekly Parafit training session in the grounds to make sure that our people are in tip-top condition!
We believe that the health and safety of our people is imperative, therefore we have a comprehensive induction training program and policy.
