Upon joining, you’ll be eligible for 25 days’ holiday per year (pro-rated if you join mid-year). An additional ‘bonus’ day is awarded on your first and second Black Sun anniversaries, enabling you to take advantage of a maximum of 27 days of holiday.

After three months’ at Black Sun, you will be enrolled on the Company’s group personal pension scheme, which is a great way to save for your retirement. The Company will contribute 3% of salary to the pension scheme and you will need to contribute a minimum of 5%.

Black Sun operates a Payroll Giving scheme (following probation) which enables you to donate through your payroll to any charity or voluntary organisation within the UK. The donation is made from your gross pay, enabling the charity to benefit from Gift Aid.

This is a fantastic way to get a bicycle and accessories to use to commute to work, whilst spreading the cost over 12 months and taking advantage of the tax savings via payroll. This benefit is available post probation.

Early Finish Fridays
We work hard all week, so provided there are no client deadlines, everyone can head off from 4.30pm on Fridays and get an early start to their weekend.
