IIRC Global Conference
Sustainable value creation in an interconnected world
2020 has undoubtedly been a challenging year, however it may provide a potential catalyst for change in organizations across the world.
Organizations’ resilience has been tested like never before, and has forced many to rethink their strategies and business models to prove their value to customers and stakeholders. Arguably there is an increasing need to place as much value on employees as on financial prosperity, to give greater consideration to wider societal and environmental concerns, and to consider sustainable value creation in the short, medium and long term. On an executive level, the most cohesive and transparent way for organizations to clearly show their consideration of and impact on these environmental, social and financial capitals is through integrated reporting.
We are particularly proud this year to be supporting The IIRC’s Global Conference, which is being held virtually from 30 November – 2 December 2020.
Over the course of the three days there will be a series of insightful discussions and practical workshops on implementing and embedding the integrated reporting framework, as well as focusing on key topics such as crisis management, managing climate risk and working with technology to enable integration. There are also regional spotlights and tailored sessions for board members.
In between these sessions are opportunities to network and share best practice. Hosting the conference exclusively online this year has enabled the IIRC and its sponsors to reach a wider audience and participants, which is undoubtedly beneficial for working collaboratively on important issues.
This year’s speakers are among the most innovative thought leaders from across the world. With specialisms spanning the financial and industrial sectors, to higher education and governance professionals, they are set to make the conference the most broad and relevant to date.
Tickets for the conference can be purchased here and we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.
