The Challenge

British Airways has developed a New Distribution Capability, allowing the company to sell tickets and add-on products to travel agencies directly. It needed to create a positive conversation about this new distribution model with the many agencies that sell tickets on behalf of British Airways.

Our Approach

We worked with the project lead to create a narrative that breaks down the complexity of the topic and provides clear information about how travel agents will be impacted. We then turned this narrative into a scenario for an engaging animated film.

Our Solution

We created an animated film that supports British Airways salesforce when they visit travel agencies. The film is played as an introduction to the pitch and answers the most important questions and concerns about the New Distribution Capability, setting the scene for a positive conversation with the agent.
