Communicating a new distribution capability
British Airways has developed a New Distribution Capability, allowing the company to sell tickets and add-on products to travel agencies directly. It needed to create a positive conversation about this new distribution model with the many agencies that sell tickets on behalf of British Airways.
Creating a clear narrative
We deep dived into the business to really understand the complexity of the channel and distribution challenges. Critically we also wanted to understand how the change would impact the travel agents. We then turned this narrative into a scenario for an engaging animated film.
Enabling a positive conversation
We created an animated film that supports British Airways salesforce when they visit travel agencies. The film is played as an introduction to the pitch and answers the most important questions and concerns about the New Distribution Capability. This set the scene for a positive conversation with the agent.
