Telling a transformation story

A market leading provider

Against a challenging backdrop of revenue growth and leadership changes, Sage was undergoing a transformation from a software provider to a subscription service business. Our challenge was how to communicate this exciting transformation story.

A personal touch

To communicate the message in a creative and innovative way, we developed a more personal touch. With a interview style reports from the CEO, Chief People Offer and others in the leadership team, which were then leveraged across channels we were able to evidence the benefits of this change to all stakeholder groups.

Article led creative

Demonstrating the transformational approach and showcasing Sage as an innovative technology leader, the report took on an 'article-led' tech magazine style. With an introduction from the Editor outlining the Group's purpose, vision and what it means to be 'unleashing the power of subscription'.

We also introduced additional creative features such as personal insights, advertorials on each of the Group's leading Sage Business Cloud products, and a dynamic infographic-led design.

Socialising the story

We successfully extended the story to new audiences through social media. using animated GIFs and interview snippets to drive engagement. This activity also delivered incremental levels of engagement on social channels, and traffic back to the online report and corproate website.
