The first stage was to work with De Beers to develop the strategic communications framework.
We identified the key stakeholders and determined both their needs and De Beers' communications objectives.
This enabled us to map out the communications vehicles, the channels and how they would deliver an integrated communications programme.
We created an interactive sustainability area of the website, enriched with valuable content, including a 'stories' area with latest news, updates, and case studies.
We deepened reach and engagement through enabling sharing of content.
And we communicated the 'Issue Areas' and performance.
We also worked with De Beers to design and print the Report to Society.
The website delivers a quality user experience, drawing them in to the site and encouraging repeat visits.
The communications have helped people understand De Beers' strategy and why sustainability is so important.
