A website fit for the future
énergie Fitness is a low cost flexible gym, but with the unique advantage of a highly personalised service for members. As part of their brand refresh they wanted to make their digital presence across social media and their website work much harder to attract and convert prospective members into full engaged and active members.
A refreshed digital identity
We worked with énergie Fitness to create a new digital identity - in line with their overall brand refresh. This included brighter and bolder colours with a vibrant pink for important call to actions and capitalised headlines to draw attention and strengthen the brand look and feel.
The website also better articulated the customer value proposition of a personal service in a low cost gym where everyone has a sense of belonging - a marked contrast to other low cost operators.
A harder working website
Through an in-depth peer review, analysis of the previous website performance and testing with the gym managers, we made sure that the new website had stronger and more effective calls to action. The aim was to significantly increase the volume of members that were recruited online.
Through the individual gym pages we also reinforced the overall benefits of belonging, the facilities each gym offered and a clear communication of the pricing options available.
Reaching new audiences through social
We created a new social media strategy for énergie Fitness that brought all of their disparate social media into a single social strategy and real estate, and developed a communications programme and templates through which they could develop, create and manage their social media more effectively both at a group level and for each individual gym.
