Delivering integrated stakeholder communications

The Challenge

Inchcape is a leading global premium automotive group, operating in 26 emerging and developed markets with a portfolio of the world’s leading car brands in the fast-growing luxury and premium segments.

Our challenge was to help them develop compelling communications across their website, Annual Report, and their internal communications.


We have developed a highly distinctive investment proposition, with a premium feel. This year we developed the theme of 'an exhilarating drive' which enabled us to communicate the clear strategic direction and forward momentum of the business. It also encapsulates Inchcape's ambition to deliver sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.

Corporate website

We have developed a highly distinctive corporate website, with a modern, premium look and feel, with strong imagery and simple clear messaging.

The website also communicate the investment proposition effectively along with the strategy, business model and financial performance over time.


Product Portal

We worked with Inchcape to develop a 'Product Passion Portal' which is designed to communicate the new car models that are being launched, with the aim of giving all the key information, facts, reviews and videos to the sales teams fingertips.

Sat Nav

Inchcape wanted to make sure its people had a vehicle through which knoweldge and best practice could be shared - and to enable colleagues to recognise each other for great work.

We created an intranet that empowered them to do just that.
