Making Capital Markets Day Work
The need to change perceptions
The Adecco Group wanted to drive a change in perception of their business and prospects through a CMD that demonstrated their knowledge of the megatrends influencing the world of work and how they planned to leverage these for the benefit of investors, employees, candidates and clients.

Creating the communications plan
Leveraging our in-house expertise and direct experience of working with companies planning for CMD events we defined the central theme for the day, building a tailored communications plan that engaged key stakeholders at regular touch points pre, during and post event.

Making the future work
We developed a campaignable theme ‘Making the Future Work’ and defined its creative expression driven through email, video, web and social channels culminating in an event that promoted the Group’s strategic agenda, external market and the opportunity afforded to it through disruptive technology.

Deepening engagement and understanding
For the Capital Markets Day, we saw an increase in high quality audience registrations. As a result of the communications, we achieved a greater awareness and understanding of key messages and received positive feedback from audience and senior company stakeholders.
