Coca-Cola HBC (CCHBC) is a leading strategic bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company, bringing beverage brands to life in 28 countries on three continents.
Our challenge was to design, build and manage their Group and individual country sites, to better communicate their growth story and deliver a more modern digital experience.

Communicating the corporate narrative
Last year was a transformational year for Coca-Cola HBC as it launched a new, ambitious strategy - Growth Story 2025, along with a clear vision for the Company and a new purpose.
To effectively promote this step change and the company’s positioning as a growth–focused consumer packaged goods business, we launched a new Group website and more than 20 country sites.
The brief was to contemporise the business, communicate the growth drivers and the value created for partners and communities via a refreshed and compelling new online experience.
Contemporising the brand
We evolved the old visual identity through use of the full Growth Story colour palette and created a cleaner design and used dynamic stakeholder imagery that better reflects customers, consumers, the portfolio, as well as operational excellence.
A visual device incorporating the broader palette helps divide and hold diverse imagery and content, while also adding a sense of movement and fluidity across the site.
Bringing the 24/7 portfolio to life
We introduced interactive elements to communicate key content. In particular, we devised an interactive experience to showcase the depth and breadth of CCHBC’s portfolio. All brands were categorised under the appropriate occasion in the day when they can be consumed. Users roll over the clock graphic to reveal the occasions and the associated brands.
The brands can also be accessed by an A-Z directory, which allows the user to discover further information on the main brand and sub-brands – a useful tool at Group and country level.
Telling your people story
We worked with CCHBC to better tell their employee story in the group and local sites. Addressing different prospective employee groups, enabling search within the website, and including engaging content through their people stories.
Extending the story to over 20 countries
As well as creating and delivering the corporate website, we also delivered over 20 country sites.
As Coca-Cola HBC’s primary communications tool, keeping content updated is critical, and an easy-to-use content management system was a pre-requisite. Our powerful platform - CONNECT - empowers dozens of CCHBC editors to manage the content for the Group and country sites, from anywhere in the world.
The sites for each market have been built on the same AEM platform, which means each country can choose the relevant Group content to use but they also have the option of creating their own sections and bespoke content, such as regional brand promotions, within the parameters of the refreshed look and feel.
